Roxie is the epitome of a group fitness leader who passionately coaches other to reach their full potential in all aspects of life. Roxie was an Army Brat and grew up traveling around the world with her dad to include Vicenza Italy where she got her passion for teaching group exercise.

Dale Ann is a Level 2 iRest Teacher, a Reiki Master Teacher, is certified to teach Pranayama, Meditation, EMBER (Mindfulness Based Emotional Resilience – a trauma sensitive yoga), Hatha, Om Vinyasa, Restorative, Sekoia and Aerial Yoga and in her spare time studies Sanskrit. She currently teaches iRest, leads a Reiki Share and offers privates online. In 2021 she graduated from Yohi's 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training
Dale Ann
Cassie always found healing powers in movement of the body. Growing up a classical dancer, she finds yoga and barre to be a way to tie together body and soul. She completed her 200-hour Yoga-Teacher certification at Flow Yoga in Washington, DC as well as an apprenticeship with Ease Yoga in Alexandria, VA and received her barre certification at Lava Barre. She also recently became ACE certified in group fitness.
Cassidy Ricalde
Eva Ambika lives in beautiful southern Utah. She has a nursing background including Labor & Delivery, Prenatal Education, research nursing and director of Simply Birth. She is a Yoga Health Educator and assists clients in learning about the 5 points of yoga, using modalities including iRest Yoga Nidra, Yoga Asana, Breathwork and Sound Meditation. She loves creative expression through improvisational Kirtan music and dance.

Jessica has been practicing yoga since 2002 and began teaching in 2007. She has over 10,000 hours of teaching experience and has worked nationally and internationally with a wide range of students from diverse backgrounds.

Jenny has been a dedicated student of the yoga system of Sri B.K.S. Iyengar, and has travelled to Pune, India, where she spent two months studying with Geeta and Prashant Iyengar. She completed a three year teacher training course, and became a certified Iyengar yoga instructor in 1998.
